Come Play at TALK

Does your child have difficulty playing and communicating with other children? We can help!

TALK runs multiple playgroups for young children who need help with their language skills, social interactions, and play development. We focus on having fun with toys, games, and friends while building skills. We are running all social groups on our teletherapy platform until we safely reopen our offices!

Play groups begin with a short hello song and circle time routine. We then break out the toys to work language and play skills. We end our playgroups with a quick clean up and good-bye song.

Our groups are run by Speech-Language Pathologists, who are experts at facilitating communication and interactions between children. Groups meet once a week for an hour. All groups have between two and five children, who are matched by their age and skill levels. The first sessions are a “trial period” to ensure the group is a good fit.

At TALK, we develop individualized play and language goals for your children based on their strengths and areas of concern. We review these goals with you at quarterly parent meetings. This ensures that you are always in the know about what we are working on so that you can practice at home with your little one!
